TechFlow news — According to the Futu NiuNiu app, in compliance with regulatory requirements from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, opening new positions for stock trades such as GBTC and ETHE will be prohibited starting October 1. Futu stated, "In response to regulatory requirements from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, trading for the following tickers — GBTC, ETHE, ETCG, GDLC, OBTC, LTCN, BCHG — will no longer allow new position openings starting October 1, 2021. Closing existing positions remains unaffected."
