TechFlow news, according to The Wall Street Journal, FTX.US, the U.S. division of cryptocurrency derivatives exchange FTX, will launch a $20 million advertising campaign today featuring NFL superstar Tom Brady and his model wife Gisele Bündchen. The ads will air during NFL game broadcasts starting Thursday through October and will be accompanied by digital advertising. Brett Harrison, president of FTX.US, said that as a newcomer in the U.S., FTX needs large-scale brand promotion, advertising, and sponsorship efforts to familiarize consumers with its technology, customer service, and products, enabling it to compete with established U.S. firms like Coinbase and Kraken. Harrison said this round of advertising aims to reach both users who already understand cryptocurrency and have multiple options, as well as new users who don't know where to start. On Tuesday, FTX also signed NBA star Stephen Curry as its global brand ambassador. Additionally, FTX has entered into a $135 million naming rights deal for the Miami Heat's home arena, now called FTX Arena.
