TechFlow News — According to official announcements, the large-scale migration to Neo N3 will officially begin at 6:00 PM Beijing time on September 1, 2021. The token migration incentive program will run from 6:00 PM on September 1 to 6:00 PM on October 31. During this period, all NEO and GAS holders can migrate their tokens from Neo Legacy to Neo N3, and they can earn incentives by migrating NEO.
Specifically, users who complete the NEO migration between September 1 at 18:00 and September 15 at 17:59 will receive a reward of 1% of the migrated amount in NEO; those who migrate between September 15 at 18:00 and October 1 at 17:59 will receive a 0.75% reward; and those who migrate between October 1 at 18:00 and October 31 at 18:00 will receive a 0.5% reward. Since NEO tokens are indivisible, any reward portion less than 1 NEO will not be distributed. Token rewards will be credited to users' accounts within 1–3 days after migration is completed.
Currently, there are three available migration channels: migration via the Neo official website, through centralized exchanges (OKEx and Gate.io will support the migration within this week), or via native wallets (currently supported wallets include NeoLine mobile, ONTO Wallet, Neon Wallet, etc.). To ensure a smooth migration process, if using a wallet, please make sure to upgrade it to the latest version and create a new N3 wallet within the updated application.
