TechFlow news — The Alipay app has recently updated its "AntChain Fanli User Service Agreement," adding service descriptions and relevant terms for NFT digital works. According to the update, users may transfer an NFT to a real-name verified Alipay friend after holding the NFT digital work for at least 180 days, provided that event rules or mini-program functionalities permit such transfers.
Alipay also stated that it strictly prohibits users from speculating on NFT digital works, conducting off-platform transactions, or using them as collateral. To ensure transaction security, standardization, legality, and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, Alipay reserves the right to conduct security checks on users' blockchain addresses. If speculative activities, criminal behavior, or other anomalies are detected, Alipay will implement necessary measures, including blocking or restricting user access.
