TechFlow news — Binance announced today that Hong Kong users can no longer open new derivatives accounts. Additionally, from the date specified in a subsequent notice, Hong Kong users will have a 90-day grace period to close their outstanding positions. During this grace period, opening new positions is prohibited. The restriction covers all futures, options, margin products, and leveraged tokens.
