TechFlow news, according to Coindesk, cryptocurrency exchange FTX and online game developer Riot Games have signed a seven-year partnership agreement to sponsor the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) in North America and secure naming rights. The FTX logo will be prominently displayed during the North American league championship series. Starting this weekend, the FTX logo will appear near the Gold Advantage resource counter and in the lower-left corner of the screen during matches. The FTX logo will also be shown alongside player net worth, team total gold, and gold progression statistical charts. In addition, FTX will directly sponsor the Championship Series' "Most Improved Player Award." Riot Games stated that this is the largest sponsorship deal it has ever signed for its esports league, with the financial terms undisclosed.
