As no business activities have been conducted, there is no need for it to continue existing, hence the application for deregistration. Earlier reports indicated that according to business registration data from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Beijing Huobi Tianxia Network Technology Co., Ltd. resolved to dissolve on July 22 and intends to apply for cancellation of registration. Creditors are advised to file claims with the liquidation team within 45 days from the date of announcement. Li Lin is the head of the liquidation team.
