TechFlow News — According to JayHao's Weibo post, the OKExChain mainnet has officially added EVM support and will now adopt the abbreviated name "OEC," marking the beginning of OEC's ecosystem development. It is reported that OEC's rollout will occur in three phases. The first phase, from May 10 to May 20, will see globally recognized projects such as SushiSwap, Bounce, and Chainlink deploying products on OKExChain for production-level testing of the public chain. The second phase will begin on May 21, opening up project deployments through super node voting. The third phase will fully open the network once OEC achieves stable operations.
JayHao stated, "The reason for designing these three phases is to allow users to gradually become familiar with the OEC ecosystem while clearly understanding the risks associated with decentralized projects, thus avoiding financial losses. As OEC begins building its ecosystem, both OKB and OKT will serve as 'shovels' on the OEC, continuously delivering greater benefits to their holders."
