Sybil, Uniswap's governance tool, indicates the student group now holds 2.5 million voting tokens, giving Berkeley a voting weight of 2.336%. Notably, DeFi platform Dharma is the largest delegate, holding over 16.65 million votes, accounting for 14.632%.
