TechFlow News reported, according to The Block on November 15, that the Value protocol, YFValue (YFV) 2.0 version, suffered a flash loan attack on Saturday. The attacker borrowed 80,000 ETH from the Aave protocol to execute the flash loan attack, performing arbitrage between DAI and USDC. After exploiting $7.4 million worth of DAI, the attacker returned $2 million to Value DeFi, keeping $5.4 million. Subsequently, the Value DeFi team confirmed via Twitter that it had experienced "a sophisticated attack with a net loss of $6 million." Additionally, its token Value was affected, dropping below 1.9 USDT and falling over 30% within the day.
