According to TechFlow, the Beijing-based blockchain security firm Chainsmap's monitoring system detected that on October 29 at around 0:00 Beijing time, Tether added a total of 600 million USDT to the ERC20 USDT pre-issuance pool in four consecutive batches of 150 million USDT each. Subsequently, Tether officially completed the issuance of 150 million ERC20 USDT. After these operations, the remaining balance in the Tether ERC20 USDT pre-issuance pool stands at 1.44 billion USDT, which may be issued periodically as actual ERC20 USDT in the future.
