TechFlow News — According to Cointelegraph, a group is crowdfunding a lawsuit against YFI founder Andre Cronje, developer "banteg," and YFI supporter Blue Kirby. The crowdfunding campaign will end on November 9. They argue that if the EMN project was merely a test with no value, those three individuals should not have aggressively promoted it. While $15 million went into Andre Cronje's pocket, he made no statements or warnings to the YFI community about the token’s lack of value. If other teams hype up and sell a test token, they would be charged with fraud and lose legitimacy.
Previously, at the end of September, Eminence (EMN), a gaming project launched by yearn.finance founder Andre Cronje, suffered a "flash loan" attack, during which a hacker returned $8 million to the yearn deployer contract. Subsequently, Andre Cronje tweeted that he had requested assistance from the Treasury (yearn treasury) to return the $8 million previously sent by the hacker.
