TechFlow news, on September 9, Coinversation (a minting protocol), a project in the Polkadot ecosystem, secured a $500,000 seed investment from Crypdot Capital—a fund under CryptoGeek—and two unnamed senior executives from Ant Financial.
Coinversation is a synthetic asset issuance protocol and decentralized contract exchange built on Polkadot's smart contract chain, aiming to address issues present in traditional centralized exchanges and typical DEX platforms. The project was founded by a team of economics PhDs educated in the United States, with core members hailing from top-tier technology companies such as Alibaba, Ant Financial, and Google, including developers with over a decade of experience and early Ethereum contributors.
Notably, Coinversation is the first Polkadot ecosystem project invested in by Crypdot Capital, Polkadot ecosystem fund under CryptoGeek, since its establishment in August.
