Previously, the official Bitcoin ABC account stated that the BCH network would proceed as planned with its biennial upgrade on November 15. One of the proposed improvements involves adding the Coinbase protocol, which would require allocating a percentage of block rewards to the BCH fund. Yesterday, Roger Ver tweeted opposition to the IFP Coinbase proposal by the Bitcoin ABC team.
