TechFlow news, according to the Sci-Tech Innovation Board Daily, Lezhi Technology founder Bo Sheng revealed at the recent Baidu Superchain White Paper launch event that the company, in collaboration with Julu County of Hebei Province, has developed an app called "Love Julu," which manages subsidies for initiatives such as coal-to-gas and coal-to-electricity conversions, poverty alleviation funds, education, and agricultural supplies and furniture purchases. Based on these decentralized application scenarios, they have developed a blockchain multi-signature system. Recently, they also applied to disburse subsidies via the central bank's digital currency (CBDC), and local residents could receive subsidy payments in DE/EP form as early as this year.
