On July 13, the official Twitter account of Ethereum browser Etherscan announced that etherscan.io was experiencing accessibility issues, and the team is currently investigating the cause. Upon checking, it was found that the block height on the etherscan.io browser has stalled at 10,450,854 from 25 minutes ago, differing by 185 blocks from the current block height of 10,451,039 shown on OKLink data (as of press time).
