TechFlow news: On June 22, Reuters reported that the Bank of England published its final stablecoin policy and draft rules on Monday, relaxing some proposals raised during last year’s industry consultation. The Bank of England scrapped its plan to impose individual holding limits, instead opting to cap the total issuance volume per stablecoin, with an initial ceiling of £40 billion (approximately $52.84 billion). The central bank also slightly eased reserve asset requirements and plans to finalize the rules by the end of this year.
