TechFlow News, June 23: According to an official announcement by H100, Sweden’s first publicly listed Bitcoin reserve company, all resolutions—including authorization to issue and acquire consideration shares related to Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS—were approved by shareholders at today’s Annual General Meeting. Upon completion of this transaction, H100’s Bitcoin reserves will increase from 1,051 BTC to approximately 3,500 BTC.
According to H100’s official announcement, H100—the first publicly listed Bitcoin reserve company in Sweden—received shareholder approval for all resolutions at today’s Annual General Meeting, including authorization to issue and acquire consideration shares related to Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS.
