TechFlow reports that on June 23, CoinUp stated that recent discussions about the platform on markets and social media—including certain KOLs’ claims regarding “exit scams” and “withdrawal difficulties”—are factually inaccurate and misleading.
CoinUp specifically clarified that Zhu Pan, a person mentioned online, is neither the platform’s operator nor involved in its core operations, asset custody, or risk-control decisions; therefore, rumors concerning him should not be conflated with the platform itself.
Regarding market concerns about withdrawals, CoinUp emphasized that its withdrawal functionality is operating normally, and its account system, wallet system, and asset custody remain secure and under control; users’ deposit, withdrawal, and trading functions are unaffected.
