TechFlow reports that Sui announced on May 29 that activity on the Sui mainnet—previously suspended due to a gas billing logic crash vulnerability introduced in version 1.72—has now resumed. Sui stated that a full post-mortem of the incident will be published in the coming days.
Earlier reports indicated that Sui’s official account (@SuiNetwork) tweeted that the Sui mainnet experienced a network stall in the early hours of May 29 (Beijing Time); the core team is actively investigating and resolving the issue, during which transactions may be paused; further updates will follow.
