TechFlow News, April 27: Bitget officially launched the first course of its “Blockchain4Youth Learning Center,” designed to provide young people with a systematic blockchain learning pathway and further bridge the gap between knowledge acquisition and career development. Upon completing the course and passing the assessment, participants will receive a certificate of completion signed by Bitget’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ignacio Aguirre Franco—serving as official recognition of their Web3 competencies. Certificate holders gain increased industry visibility and priority employment opportunities with employers participating in the Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance.
To close the loop from learning to employment, Bitget has partnered with Bondex, a Web3 recruitment platform, to offer learners transparent job-seeking channels and talent-pool connectivity mechanisms. Ignacio Palomera, Co-Founder of Bondex, stated that this initiative addresses real-world challenges faced by learners—including lack of industry connections after course completion, absence of credible certification, and unclear job-hunting pathways—thereby building a more direct bridge between emerging talent and hiring companies.
To date, Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth series has attracted over 15,000 young participants. Bitget CMO Ignacio Aguirre Franco noted that the Learning Center aims to transform young people’s interest in Web3 into tangible entry points. As the program advances, Blockchain4Youth is evolving from a standalone campaign into a long-term infrastructure supporting Web3 education, career guidance, and talent development.
