The tokens added to the Observation List are: Harvest Finance (FARM), Highstreet (HIGH), Enzyme (MLN), Resolv (RESOLV), Syscoin (SYS), TrueFi (TRU), and Velodrome Finance (VELODROME). The token removed from the Seed List is Tether Gold (XAUT).
