TechFlow News, April 3: According to CCTV News, on April 3 local time, it was learned that three large merchant vessels operated by Oman have recently successfully transited the Strait of Hormuz. This fleet consists of two very large crude carriers (VLCCs) and one liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier. According to relevant tracking data, all three vessels have reached offshore Muscat, Oman, and completed port entry. Data indicates that each VLCC is carrying approximately 2 million barrels of crude oil, while the LNG carrier appears to be ballast (empty). All three vessels are managed by an Omani ship management company; however, the company has not yet commented on the matter. (Jinshi)
