TechFlow News: Bitget Wallet has announced the expansion of its QR Pay service across the Asia-Pacific region, becoming the first wallet to offer crypto-based QR code payments in this area and driving on-chain finance into real-world consumer scenarios.
Meanwhile, Bitget Wallet will launch a QR code payment cashback campaign, offering users random token rewards upon successful payment. Currently, its QR Pay supports USDT and USDC payments across over 10 blockchains—including Solana, BNB Chain, and Ethereum—and will gradually expand support to more than 1,000 mainstream tokens, memecoins, and other digital assets beyond stablecoins.
Following its earlier rollout of QR Pay in markets such as Vietnam, Bitget Wallet continues expanding integration with local payment networks, establishing an Asia-Pacific–wide payment infrastructure. This strategic move aligns with the region’s QR code–centric payment habits, enabling users to directly spend crypto assets for both local consumption and cross-border travel.
