TechFlow News: On March 31, according to Cointelegraph, Nasdaq has officially eliminated the minimum requirement of 10% publicly traded shares and introduced a new “Fast Entry” rule, allowing large-cap IPO companies to be added to the Nasdaq-100 Index in approximately 15 trading days. The new rules will take effect on May 1, 2026.
