TechFlow News, March 31: According to The Block, Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) announced that its subsidiary Tydal Data Center AS (TDC) has entered into an agreement with Norwegian contractor Data Center Installations AS (DCI) to retrofit its existing facility into Norway’s largest AI data center—primarily to support NVIDIA’s next-generation Vera Rubin AI technology. Meanwhile, Bitdeer has liquidated its entire Bitcoin holdings and plans to raise $300 million through the issuance of convertible preferred notes to support its strategic pivot toward high-performance computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure.
