TechFlow News, March 30: According to DL News, on March 24, Singapore’s Protection from Harassment Tribunal ruled in the harassment case against Curve Finance contributor Haowi Wong. The tribunal ordered Wang Lei (online alias “Yishi”), founder of the cryptocurrency wallet OneKey, and an anonymous X account to cease issuing threatening or insulting statements against Wong and prohibited them from publishing allegations that Wong committed fraud or disseminating false information about him. The two defendants must jointly pay approximately S$2,500 (about USD $1,900) in compensation and legal costs by April 7.
The case stems from a vulnerability exploit targeting the stablecoin lending protocol Resupply in June 2025, which resulted in user losses of approximately $9.3 million. Since Resupply allowed users to deposit crvUSD into Curve’s vaults to earn yield, some individuals perceived a direct association between Resupply and Curve, and publicly accused Curve of bearing direct responsibility for the attack—both on X and within private chat groups—while also levelling personal accusations against Wong. Michael Egorov, Curve’s founder, previously denied any official involvement by Curve in the Resupply project and stated that Curve Finance was not formally involved in this litigation. Neither defendant appeared in court.
