TechFlow news: On March 30, many netizens posted on social media platforms overnight and into the early morning claiming “DeepSeek is down.” Issues occurred on both the web and app platforms, with users encountering a “server busy” message, unable to initiate new conversations—and some even reported losing chat content. Verification shows that DeepSeek’s servers have since been restored, and users can now converse normally. According to the product service status log on its official website, at 2:16 a.m. on the 30th, DeepSeek reported abnormal web/app performance and was investigating the issue; monitoring at 9:13 a.m. indicated that a fix had been implemented and results were under observation.
