TechFlow News, March 23: According to Fortune, Interloom, an AI startup headquartered in Munich, has announced a new $16.5 million funding round led by DN Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures and existing investor Air Street Capital. The company’s valuation was not disclosed.
Interloom builds a “Context Graph” by analyzing vast volumes of operational records—including emails, service tickets, and call logs—to systematically codify tacit, experience-based knowledge within enterprises. This provides AI agents with organization-specific decision-making context. The company has already deployed its solution at major European enterprises, including Commerzbank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance. At Commerzbank, for instance, Interloom reduced the gap between documented knowledge and actual operational knowledge from approximately 50% to just 5%.
