TechFlow News: On March 7, Bybit announced that Helen Liu, Co-CEO, will officially step down on April 30, 2026, to pursue her personal entrepreneurial aspirations.
Helen Liu joined Bybit in 2020, successively serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and COO. In 2025, she was promoted to Co-CEO. During her five-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in the company’s global expansion, helping Bybit grow into a world-class digital asset platform serving over 82 million users across 181 countries and regions.
Following her departure, Bybit will continue to be led by co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou. The company stated it remains committed to innovation and long-term value creation.
