TechFlow News, March 4: Bitget launched its “Crypto Anti-Bias Pledge” as a key component of its International Women’s Day campaign. This initiative focuses on three core areas: lowering barriers to education and industry entry, advancing equitable career development opportunities, and enforcing a strict “zero tolerance” policy toward discrimination and harassment in both professional and community settings.
Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, stated that through its Blockchain4Her public welfare program—backed by a dedicated $10 million fund—Bitget is driving industry-wide improvement via educational partnerships and corporate governance practices. The platform has partnered with UNICEF to deliver blockchain and digital skills training to 300,000 young people worldwide, with an anticipated 90% female participation rate.
Internally, approximately 40% of Bitget’s executive positions are currently held by women, and the company has established a performance-based promotion system. Recent internal assessments show that several top-performing employees are women, reflecting a talent development culture grounded in capability and performance.
