TechFlow News, March 4: According to a report by The New York Times, three Iranian officials familiar with the relevant discussions revealed that Mojtaba Khamenei, son of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has emerged as the leading candidate to succeed Iran’s Supreme Leader. The officials stated that Iran’s Assembly of Experts is considering announcing Mojtaba as the successor on Wednesday morning, though some members have expressed reservations, fearing such a move could make him a target for attacks by the United States and Israel.
