TechFlow News: On March 2, Bitget CEO Gracy Chen issued an internal memo stating, “We are closely monitoring the current security situation in the Middle East and understand that you may feel anxious and concerned at this time. We have activated our emergency response protocol and will stand by and support every colleague during this exceptional period.
Please set aside concerns about work and income for now, and focus entirely on ensuring your safety and that of your family. Salaries will be paid in full, regardless of work stoppages or remote work arrangements. All expenses incurred due to safety concerns—including but not limited to temporary accommodation, transportation, emergency supplies, and medical costs—will be fully covered by the company. Should evacuation become necessary, the company will bear all airfare and transportation costs.”
