TechFlow News, February 26: According to The Block, Bluprynt, a cryptocurrency compliance solutions provider, has announced the completion of a $4.25 million seed funding round. Investors include prominent institutions such as Coinbase Ventures and Robinhood. Founded and led by Dr. Christopher J. Brummer, a financial policy expert, the company aims to streamline global compliance processes for digital assets.
The funding round was led by Valor Capital Group, with participation from venture capital firms including Selah Ventures and Quona Capital. Individual investors include Edward Wible, co-founder of Nubank. These new investors join prior backers, including former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo and entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
