TechFlow News: On February 25, the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the selection of four companies to participate in its regulatory sandbox program to test how stablecoin services operate within a regulated environment. The selected companies are Monee Financial Technologies, ReStabilise, Revolut, and VVTX. They will test various stablecoin use cases—including payments, wholesale settlements, and crypto trading—under real-market conditions.
The testing will commence in Q1 2026, and the results will inform the UK’s final stablecoin regulatory framework, scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
