TechFlow reports, January 17: Trust Wallet issued a security alert on the X platform, stating it will never ask users for their recovery phrases or private keys. Any such requests are not from Trust Wallet. Users who encounter such situations should immediately halt transactions and contact Trust Wallet through official channels.
Earlier, Trust Wallet experienced a security incident due to a vulnerability in version 2.68 of its browser extension, resulting in approximately $8.5 million worth of assets being stolen.
