TechFlow news, January 16 — According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Delin Holdings, a listed company on the Hong Kong stock market, announced that its subsidiary has been approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to upgrade its Type 4 (advising on securities) regulated activity license, and will commence virtual asset advisory services. Delin Securities previously disclosed that it will begin offering virtual asset trading services upon completion of system integration and testing with SFC-licensed platforms, expected to be implemented by February 2026.
