TechFlow reports that on January 15, Trust Wallet released an update on X regarding the previous security incident involving its browser extension v2.68, stating: initial compensation for affected users has been completed, and the remaining claims are still under review. Approximately 95% of claims for impacted funds have been received so far. Trust Wallet urges affected users to immediately migrate their funds to a new wallet and has launched a "Migrate Assets" feature for this purpose. Additionally, Trust Wallet emphasized that losses incurred from continued use of the affected wallet will not be compensated. The deadline for submitting reimbursement claims is 30 days after February 14, 2026.
