TechFlow news, January 13 — According to Jinshi Data on Tuesday, traders have increased bets that the Federal Reserve may not wait until the end of Chair Powell's term in May to begin cutting interest rates, after the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that underlying consumer price increases were slightly weaker than expected. Although traders still view a June rate cut as the most likely outcome, the latest data suggests the probability of a Fed rate cut in April is now around 42%, up from 38% before the data release.
