TechFlow News — On January 13, according to Red Star News, following the arrest of太子 Group founder Chen Zhi, Cambodia's National Council for Land Policy and Housing (NRPC) ordered the suspension of sales activities on January 12 for five major apartment and residential development projects under the group. Buyers who have already signed contracts must still fulfill their contractual obligations. Those who have fully paid may apply for property title transfers. The administrative decision to suspend sales is reportedly based on太子 Group's recent involvement in serious violations of laws and regulations. Additionally, the National Bank of Cambodia has announced it has officially initiated liquidation proceedings against太子 Bank in accordance with the country's current relevant laws and regulations.
