TechFlow news, on January 8th, according to Crowdfundinsider, Stripe announced a strategic partnership with Crypto.com, planning to launch cryptocurrency payment services in early 2026. This collaboration will allow Crypto.com users to directly use digital assets for payments at online merchants supported by Stripe, with the system automatically converting cryptocurrencies into fiat currency for delivery to merchants.
This integration eliminates the need for users to manually convert or go through intermediate steps, making cryptocurrency transactions as simple as using a credit card. For merchants, they will receive payments in stable fiat currency, avoiding the risks of cryptocurrency volatility, while gaining access to global digital asset holders.
