This oil will be sold at market prices, and the proceeds will be under my control to ensure they are used for the benefit of the Venezuelan and American people. I have instructed Energy Secretary Wright to implement this plan immediately. The oil will be transported via storage and transport vessels and delivered directly to U.S. unloading terminals.
