Japanese and Korean stock markets are closed today; the Australian stock market closed early at 11:10 Beijing time; the Hong Kong stock market closes in the afternoon, with random closure between 12:08 and 12:10; German and Italian stock markets are closed, while French, British, and Spanish markets close early between 20:00 and 21:00; domestic futures exchanges have no night trading today; U.S. Treasury futures contracts trade only from 15:00 to 03:30 on January 1; ICE Brent crude futures trading ends early at 04:00 on January 1.
