TechFlow news, on December 29, the journal "Digital Rule of Law" published an article titled "Commercial Law Reform for Digital Transactions, Electronic Money, and Virtual Property—The 2022 Amendments to the U.S. Uniform Commercial Code and Their Implications."
The article mentions, "The U.S. Uniform Commercial Code's legislative approach to facilitating new types of transactions—separating commercial rules from regulatory rules and employing practical, forward-looking, and systematic commercial legislation techniques—offers valuable insights for China's commercial law development. China's civil and commercial regulations should also evolve in response to the development of digital transactions, electronic money, and virtual property, pursuing practice-oriented legal improvements to stimulate economic and technological advancement and gain advantage in international institutional competition."
It is reported that "Digital Rule of Law" is supervised by the Supreme People's Court, sponsored by the People's Court Publishing House, and co-organized by the Third Civil Trial Division, the Research Office, and the Trial Management Office of the Supreme People's Court.
