TechFlow news, December 23: According to The Information, Brett Harrison, former president of FTX US, has raised $35 million for his newly founded Architect Financial Technologies, valuing the company at approximately $187 million. Its exchange, AX, focuses on perpetual contracts for traditional assets (stocks and foreign exchange), rather than crypto perpetuals. The platform is regulated in Bermuda and available only to non-U.S. institutional investors, as the U.S. has not yet approved perpetual futures products.
