Pinduoduo (PDD.O) opened up 6.3% as the company announced the implementation of a co-chairman system at its annual shareholders' meeting, appointing Zhao Jiazhen as co-chairman, serving alongside Chen Lei as co-chairmen and co-CEOs.
Oracle (ORCL.N) surged 5.3% at the open, while Nvidia (NVDA.O) rose 1.5%.
