TechFlow news, December 16 — According to Jinshi Data, Bank of America's December Global Fund Manager Survey shows that most investors expect Trump to nominate White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett as the next Fed chair. Around 69% of respondents anticipate Hassett will be nominated, while only 4% mentioned Fed Governor Waller, and another 4% expect former Fed Governor Kevin Warsh to be nominated. The survey was conducted before Trump told The Wall Street Journal he leaned toward nominating either Hassett or Warsh to lead the Fed. Current Fed Chair Powell’s term ends in May next year.
