TechFlow, Dec 12 — According to Bloomberg, Tether Holdings SA is seeking to raise up to $20 billion through a stock sale and plans to explore various methods to ensure investor liquidity after the transaction. Sources familiar with the matter said Tether executives are considering options including share buybacks and digitizing company shares using blockchain tokenization technology. Previously, Tether intervened to block certain existing shareholders from selling their stakes.
