TechFlow, December 3 — According to the Cardano Foundation's disclosure, it has appointed Stephen Wood as Chief Financial Officer. Wood will be responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial processes, guiding treasury management, risk management, and leading the finance team.
Prior to this role, Wood served as Finance Director and member of the Executive Committee at digital asset infrastructure provider Copper.co. He brings over 20 years of experience leading finance functions within high-growth, complex organizations, with a background spanning both traditional finance and digital assets. His career began at Verint, where he held various finance roles over 15 years, including managing financial planning and global corporate performance management. He also held senior positions at Keyko, integrating blockchain technology into accounting.
