TechFlow news, December 3 — According to the Financial Times, AI startup Anthropic has hired law firm Wilson Sonsini to begin preparations for one of the largest IPOs in history, potentially as early as 2026. Sources familiar with the matter said the company is negotiating a private funding round that would value it at over $300 billion. Multiple individuals also revealed that the company has discussed potential IPO plans with several major investment banks.
